1. I/We agree that {I/we will not take legal action, or otherwise make any claims whatsoever against Seriti Adventure Camp, or its associated companies, employees, agents (whether paid or voluntary), contractors, vendors, etc. for any loss, injuries, fatality or damage sustained resulting from staying in, or participating in and using the
resort’s facilities and recreational activities.
2. I/We agree that Seriti Adventure Camp, or its associate companies, employees, agents (whether paid or voluntary), contractors, vendors, etc will not be legally responsible for any accident, injury or fatality of any kind to me/us resulting from any cause, including negligence or willful misconduct.
3. I/We agree to abide by the rules and regulations of Seriti Adventure Camp provided for the sustainable management of the resort areas. Seriti Adventure Camp further reserves the right to ask me/us to leave the resort immediately if the resort shall, in its sole opinion, deem that I/we have behaved in an irresponsible manner or in a manner that will compromise the safety of or cause damage to and/or harm the resort’s premises, the other guests, resort’s staff or any other persons or the reputation of Seriti Adventure Camp without any compensation and/or any refund to me/us.
4, I/We agree that as to the usage of the equipment, provided by, borrowed or rented from Seriti Adventure Camp, I/we shall use them at my own risk. I/We understand and agree that Tadom Hill Resorts shall not be liable for any accident, injury or fatality resulting from the use of said equipment. Seriti Adventure Camp shall make no
warranties regarding the said equipment. Seriti Adventure Camp reserves the right to charge you for any loss or damage caused to the camping facilities, resort’s outdoor and indoor facilities, premises or property or to any resort’s guests or third party as a result of your failure to comply with this policy.
5. To the fullest extent allowed by law, I/we agree to release, indemnify and hold free of liability Seriti Adventure Camp, its associated companies, employees, agents, contractors and vendors from all actions or claims which could be brought by myself/ourselves for any accident, injury or fatality sustained during and resulting from participation and using the camping facilities, indoor and outdoor facilities and recreational activities in the resort including any accident, injury or fatality resulting from the usage of any equipment and/or facilities.
6. I/We authorize the Seriti Adventure Camp and/or its authorized personnel to call medical care for me/us or to transport me/us to a medical facility or hospital if, in the opinion of such personnel, medical attention is necessary. I/We agree that, upon such transport to any medical facility or hospital, Seriti Adventure Camp shall not have any further responsibility. Further, I/we agree to pay all costs associated with such medical care and related transportation and indemnify and hold harmless Seriti Adventure Camp from any costs incurred therein.
7. I/We grant Seriti Adventure Camp to use any photos taken of me/us this day for the purpose of, but by way of limitation, illustration, promotion and advertising, published and re-published, without any or future compensation to me/us.
